DIA.So where is your intelligence that it was well protected?
DIA.So where is your intelligence that it was well protected?
That's missing the point in spectacularly grand fashion. The easiest thing you can point to is any comment that I've made where I've stated anything about wishing the mission be a failure, but since that doesn't exist, I'll save you the time. Now that I think the mission was a bit silly considering it didn't take out Iran's nuclear program and still leaves the administration with some kind of negotiated deal to make is a different story, but even that doesn't imply I wished the mission to be a failure.I know you badly want the mission to have been a failure; however you will just have to accept that it was a success.
Something our friends in the MAGAverse haven't addressed is why Isfahan, which is even supposedly deeper than Fordo, wasn't hit with MOPs. They supposedly store 60% of their uranium stockpile there.DIA.
I can't explain why, but Isfahan facilities are too "deep" for MOPSomething our friends in the MAGAverse haven't addressed is why Isfahan, which is even supposedly deeper than Fordo, wasn't hit with MOPs. They supposedly store 60% of their uranium stockpile there.
Exactly, but even that is a guess as is the depth of Fordo, which is why actual confirmation is needed.I can't explain why, but Isfahan facilities are too "deep" for MOP
I doubt there will be anything definitive on the exact extent of the damage. Maybe they can use ground penetrating radar *beats me* because no one is going to pay to dig out bunt out crater. blast and fire (heat) damage have cooked/scarred those facilities. dysfunctional obliterationExactly, but even that is a guess as is the depth of Fordo, which is why actual confirmation is needed.
He hasn't yet shut it down. That's the point. You can obliterate something only a few times before people start catching on.UN nuclear watchdog chief says Iran could again begin enriching uranium in ‘matter of months’
Doesn't matter.
If they restart, Trump shuts it down. It's as simple as that.
I am sure the Iranian regime appreciates your support. Now that I think the mission was a bit silly considering it didn't take out Iran's nuclear program and still leaves the administration with some kind of negotiated deal to make is a different story, but even that doesn't imply I wished the mission to be a failure.
It appears that you are having an argument with yourself.I can understand why you want to deflect in this manner, which is really just a projection of what you're doing, which is taking the wish for success and ignoring the basic fact no one is certain what the facts on the ground are.
They would if that's what I'd given, but I'm sure they're smart enough not to come to the ridiculous conclusion you did based on anything I wrote.I am sure the Iranian regime appreciates your support.
You're the one flailing on relying on magical thinking. It appears that you are having an argument with yourself.
As previously stated, the experts disagree. Why should anyone listen to you on the matter?ROFLMAO!!!!!!!!!! It would take far longer than that just to clear the debris and get started.
What experts? CNN? Motherjones.com? MSDNC?As previously stated, the experts disagree.
Those are not experts. The US and Israeli intelligence agencies and the UN are the experts that have concluded that the US strike on Iran's nuclear facilities set back Iran's nuclear program by a factor of months. What experts? CNN? Motherjones.com? MSDNC?

Iran could be producing enriched uranium in a few months, the head of the U.N. nuclear watchdog Rafael Grossi was quoted as saying on Sunday, raising doubts about how effective U.S. strikes to destroy Tehran's nuclear programme have been....
"The capacities they have are there. They can have, you know, in a matter of months, I would say, a few cascades of centrifuges spinning and producing enriched uranium, or less than that," Grossi told CBS News in an interview.
"Frankly speaking, one cannot claim that everything has disappeared and there is nothing there," he added, according to the transcript of an interview on "Face the Nation" with Margaret Brennan due to air on Sunday....
Grossi, who heads the Vienna-based International Atomic Energy Agency, said the strikes on sites in Fordow, Natanz and Isfahan had significantly set back Iran's ability to convert and enrich uranium.
However, Western powers stress that Iran's nuclear advances provide it with an irreversible knowledge gain, suggesting that while losing experts or facilities may slow progress, the advances are permanent.
"Iran is a very sophisticated country in terms of nuclear technology," Grossi said. "So you cannot disinvent this. You cannot undo the knowledge that you have or the capacities that you have."...

In other words, the joint Israeli-US attack on Iran cannot be said to have "obliterated" or "eliminated" or "destroyed" Iran's ability to produce nuclear weapons.
It was not a "successful mission".
