That's no help either. The website must be displayed before I'll even consider clicking the link. Here is the link: Ukrainian children forced into weapons training and tortured by Russia
Why do you use the conspiracy website ZeroHedge as a source?

I'm a little skeptical of this sort of coverage.
The main issue is that the kids were generally from orphanages or other institutions in the Russian-leaning part of Ukraine. These are not kids who necessarily "default" to loving Ukraine rather than Russia. If they were told their homes were destroyed ... well, if they're from the borderland areas, maybe they were.
Recruiting foster kids and orphans into the military is not something the U.S. is innocent of. In the U.S., the rules are that kids without parents get a minimal amount of support until 18, and then they'd better be willing to consider anything to survive. I doubt Ukraine or Russia are that different.
Last but not least, the stories of kids returning from Russia to Ukraine, as here, involve phrases like "a tense few days". They're not picking the locks of their cells and sneaking across the Iron Curtain.
Now I'm not saying there isn't some residuum of truth to this, but if this war ends, it will end in a deal, and that will be a deal that puts the kids' homes in Russian territory. And they'll be drafted anyway.
Obviously! But compare the U.S. I asked an AI and got...Any interest in drawing a line against their rape and torture?
"Nearly 20,000 Ukrainian children have been forcibly transferred to Russia since Vladimir Putin’s invasion in 2022, and subjected to military training, sexual violence and detention in camps, according to a new report. The report, based on 200 documented cases of recently returned children and young people, found that 41 per cent were forced to take part in weapons training or join paramilitary youth movements such as Yunarmiya.
Another 39 per cent experienced forced displacement to far-flung locations in Russia, Crimea or Belarus, with 17 per cent detained in filtration camps or police stations and 10 per cent subjected to torture or cruel treatment. Evidence compiled by War Child UK and Save Ukraine has found that Putin’s most likely long-term goal is to encourage or coerce Ukrainian children into their armed forces, and to participate in combat against their own country.
Speaking to psychologists, six per cent of children reported experiencing or witnessing conflict-related sexual violence, while included threats of rape, forced undressing and testimonies that minor girls have been raped by supervisors in camps."

Sounds like genocide. Not sure if Melania has been reached for comment.

These figures indicate that children in US foster care are disproportionately vulnerable to rape and physical abuse compared to general populations, with sexual abuse rates often cited from 8% to 81% depending on the group and study focus, and physical abuse rates around 10% in large surveys.
- About 30% of foster children reported abuse by foster adults in one study.
- 81% of girls in a foster care study reported sexual abuse (focused on a vulnerable group).
- Approximately 10% experience physical abuse as a primary maltreatment.
- Approximately 8% experience sexual abuse as a primary maltreatment.
- Up to 40% of foster children have experienced some type of abuse within the system overall.
(Now, I wasn't sure how to judge the references cited - go ahead and look at that link and see what you think of them. But I don't think the Russian cases are worse than the U.S. situation for foster kids.
Of course you are, comrade.I'm a little skeptical of this sort of coverage.

More like slavery.
Do you think Europe, the US and other allies will continue to purchase oil products that come from Russia?
Trump pushes Europe to stop buying Russian oil and up pressure on China in effort to end Ukraine war
Trump should also address US purchases of Russian products. Last year, the US imported $3 billion worth of goods from Russia. Why?
The US and Europe are still doing billions of dollars’ worth of business with Russia despite years of war
I agree. This war is a **** ing joke strategically making it deadly for those on the ground.
It is against the Geneva convention for an invading army to relocate children out of their home country and those that do it are charged with genocide. Are you saying that you think the genocide of Ukrainian children is acceptable behavior? No Ukranian will accept the kidnapping of their children and the forced indoctrination of a Russian identity. When the war ends ALL these children must be returned to Ukraine and those responsible for this crime will be tried at the Hague and suitable punishment will be levied. In many cases that will be life imprisonment or death.I'm a little skeptical of this sort of coverage.

But there is not enough economic stress. He's receiving assistance from China, India, as well as the Western world.Things need not be that way. Place enough economic stress on Putin and he will be forced to end the nightmare in Ukraine.

Why is it just Trump? Or just the US? Trump said and is adding the second phase of sanctions. Trump raised tariffs to 50% on India weeks ago.Which is what Zelenskyy, the EU, and members of Congress have been begging Trump to address via issuing "secondary sanctions" on those nations and ordering tougher sanctions on ALL Russian banks.
So far, Trump has refused. As the days of his refusal accumulate, the optics turn increasingly bad and Trump begins to look complicit in the Russian aerial bloodletting.
Last night a Russian attack on a town in Donetsk oblast killed 20 pensioneers waiting to collect their pension checks.
That isn't warfare. That is a purposeful campaign of terrorism against civilians and war crimes.
[Graphic] Evidence Grows That Russian Aerial Bomb Targeted Pensions Delivery
It’s likely that the Russian airstrike on the village of Yarova on Tuesday as a Ukrainian postal service van delivered pensions and mail to Donetsk’s frontline village was more than a coincidence.www.kyivpost.com
Why is it just Trump? Or just the US?
Europe and Obama allowed this war.Is Donald Trump the President of the US? Doesn't Donald Trump decide US foreign policy?
This is everyone's war who embraces the principles of Independence and Sovereignty.
You remind me of the jaded individual who looked the other way as an arsonist burned down his neighbor's house.
