These are not minimum wage jobs that Americans don't want to do! These are
$60K --> $140K per yr jobs.

How, exactly, is this an example of Bush "selling out" anyone?

What policies, specifically, and how, specifically, did they result in what you claim?

Re: Bush Sells Us Out Again !

what in the following excerpt from your article in the OP is due to BUSH
please
i just got to hear this
what has bush done to cause this
what policy

According to the newsletter, the report contains a lengthy section on the offshoring of semiconductor design work. Ostensibly, U.S. companies are hiring more foreign engineers to work in Asian design centers to "reduce labor and operations costs and serve the growing customer base in Asia," the article quotes the U.S. report as stating. But a section originally deleted from the report, but included in the version obtained by Manufacturing & Technology News, states that U.S design centers based in Asia "do not support local customers but support the home office with lower-cost designers."

For example if a US company comes out with a new revolutionary product, and
say an Asian company is right be hind the US company these Asian Chip makers
can let the Asian company go first and US companies will lose business etc...
If the US exports/outsource all our technology and know how the next Bill
Gates and Qualcomm will be form Asia.
Now these chip makers have the power to steer the high tech market to any
one they want and as a result the unlucky guy might go under.

Still looking for an answer to my questions.

sure sounds like a corporate decision rather than a bush policy

maybe you would like to give corporations more incentives to stay in US?

This trend of outsourcing tech jobs has been going on for some time. Well before Bush took office in 2001. And of course, Bush would and does support corporate interest over worker's interest. However, so did Clinton before him.

The truth is, no one is representing the interest of Joe American.

Traditionalist among the American left are desperately in need of a revival. A return to some forms of protectionism would be in our best interest. In the words of Pat Buchanan, who I disagree with as much as I agree with, "We once had these things called 'countries' "*.
