What biological weapons programme; the one nobody could find any evidence for, anywhere? Like the '45 minute readiness' WMD missiles which also couldn't be found anywhere, despite years of investigation?
There were no weapons of mass destruction in Iraq
1,625 UN and US inspectors spent two years searching 1,700 sites at a cost of more than $1bn. Yesterday they delivered their verdict.

The program was inactive when we invaded, but we knew they had one in the 80s because we were the ones supplying them with the pathogens for it. Not sure what the point of your post is.The one nobody found after looking for two years. That one?
