Weakness? Or what do you guys think?

To me it isnt weaness... this is a refusal to escalate things which is what Putin wants and it's his only real out. If he can get NATO or the US to join the conflict then he can spin this as a broader war against the West. This is a refusal to do our part in letting that happen b/c looking tough isn't going to do anything
 
So Putin got Xiden to coward down. Nice!
 
They're also afraid of cutting off Putin's oil exports and all his banks from SWIFT.
