Iran doesn't possess the ability to "completely annihilate Israel" and still wouldn't even if it did manage to get a nuke. It takes a lot of firepower to "completely annihilate" a nation.

Neither China nor Russia has any interest in getting into a nuclear war for Iran.

It's amazingly hypocritical to call Israel an "apartheid regime" and then turn around and argue that China should crush pro democracy protests in Hong Kong.
