WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The U.S. Air Force is set to announce on Thursday that it will accept delivery of the long-delayed KC-46 air tanker, a source familiar with the matter told Reuters.

The problem that delayed this acceptance might fave been the tight Government specification on the $10K toilet seats designed to survive a nearby nuclear explosion even if the sitter was no longer aboard.
