You know, when corporate heads do this, they are indicted. Just look at Enron and Arthur Anderson. When government does it, its just business as usual.

So? "cost overruns" (read waste, miss management and theft) have been rife in Iraq since day one and most of that was private business milking the US taxpayer. But the chances of a real investigation? ... never gonna happen with the current congress.
