Given that, I'm willing to accept Congress can become involved in election regulation. They cannot run the election. Nor can Trump regulate or change the regulations, as you stated he "should do".

Democrats - Master Cheaters .......... but in the end I blame Republican's for not playing the same cheating rules and/or lawsuits to stop the cheating
