At first glance, I thought that the legal decision was wrong. After all, if this is a Bush fundraising event, then free speech does not apply. However, as I read the article, I found out that, although this was a Bush speech "event", this was funded by taxpayer money, and was categorized as a "public" event. In this case, the plaintiffs have every right to sue, and I hope they win.
