Two Jets Escorting A "Flying Saucer" Made In America?

On my television screen you can clearly see a blinking light on the saucer in the second viewpoint. This tells me it is made on Earth by people. Why would a saucer from another world have a blinking light our aircraft are required to have?

Just listen to the jet noise in the first pass, it gets very loud, then fades away as it should.

Then seconds later, a repeat, from a different direction with no noticeable jet noise.
