Homo sapien is a species. That is what is wrong with the world.

Extreme poverty set for first rise since 1998, World Bank warns

Because of this terrible virus and it's effect world poverty is now increasing for the first time in 22 years.

But meanwhile:

Billionaires see fortunes rise by 27% during the pandemic

The f*cking billionnaires just get even richer. How is this fair? What the f*ck is wrong with this world?
One man’s wealth does not necessitate another man’s poverty. It’s a basic thing that leftists get wrong. Saying that , I do despise the fact that unelected billionaires wield vast political power....usually for the leftist /liberal side of politics...just look at what Soros does as an example....that’s the real problem with extreme wealth.

Umm.... the Conservatives have their own billionnaires like the Koch brothers with enormous influence on politics. Yes, billionnaires have too much influence, but it's not just on the liberals (who are not left but in the middle of the politcal spectrum btw, no billionnaires backs the actual left) but also on the Conservatives and to some lesser degree on the Far Right (though most billionnaires don't tend ot like the Far Right too much).

You do realize that the UK's Conservative Party would be classed as "left-wing" in the United States of America, don't you?

Now, the UK's House of Lords would be looked on as suitably "conservative" in the US.

Most of the UK Conservative Party would in the US be closest to Biden style Centrist Democrats and Romney style Moderate Republicans. The more Conservative Republicans are more like Nigel Farage's bunch in the UK.

In the US "Biden style Centrist Democrats" qualify as "Left-wing".

In the US "Romney style Moderate Republicans" qualify as "Left-wing".

In the US "Trump and supporters" qualify as "Centrist".
