I can't believe they have allowed Trump to get the MSM upper hand. All they had to do was state they have the votes for border security, but not a wall, and keep hammering the issue with those words. Trump has manipulated the issue to make the wall a security issue even against drugs. I think he should take a closer look at CIA/Sinaloa links on the drug issue. Short hop, heavy load drones are going to make the wall obsolete, anyway.

I don't care about what walls these Dems have around their own property. That's their business. If their properties are located in areas that are safe from criminals, not having a wall could be a smart move.

A wall along our southern border is a different matter, though. That border is ground zero for millions of people, both hardcore criminals and second rate criminals, to encroach on US property. Could it be that Chuck and Nancy aren't aware of that danger? Hard to believe. I suspect that, even if they don't have walls around their property, they have state of the art security systems in place because there is always a possibility of a criminal encroaching upon their property. A state of the art security system for our border would include a wall.

Then again, perhaps they ARE unaware of the danger. Perhaps they want to keep it that way. Perhaps that's why they refused to listen to the briefing by Homeland Security on the danger to the US along our southern border. That would certain give credence to the quote in my sig.

Most importantly, none of the people about whom the OP-er remarked built their homes with fences. Moreover, although the Clinton's Westchester home, has a fence around the property, it's not, as claimed, a wall; moreover, as shown by the Clinton's DC residence, having security walling/fencing clearly wasn't a priority in their buying decision. Lastly, none of them has anything that resembles a security wall (or security fence, for that matter) surrounding their homes. At best, one can call what they have a privacy fence. That's very different from a security fence.

Americanwoman pointed out the issue here. Those walls serve only to keep out people who have no desire to go in from accidentally trespassing. Do you honestly think that any of those walls could keep out a criminal?
