So, rather than critize the adoption of the song 'We aren't gonna take it' as he did with the anti-mask protesters, Dee Snider is proud the Ukraine resistance has adopted the song as an athem/battle cry

I used to go see them in N. NJ. They were really funny, rocked hard. Dee told stories up on stage. Used to walk on-stage to AC-DC's "It's a Long Way to the Top if You Want to Rock and Roll." Love that song!

One of the few rocking bag pipe solos

Kinda hypocritical...

I hope lots of celebrities share more of their opinions.

It just seems to help fix so much.

And when Russia is forced out of Ukraine in disgrace, the Ukrainians will next need to ask Queen if they can use "We are the Champions".

"People are asking me why I endorsed the use of 'We’re Not Gonna Take It' for the Ukrainian people and did not for the anti-maskers," Snider wrote. "Well, one use is for a righteous battle against oppression; the other is a infantile feet stomping against an inconvenience."

Well said Mr. Snider.

Dee Snider has always been a lot smarter than most of the metal heads from the 1980s.
