He talks about how Putin has used poison to murder his opponents because it was easy to deny. But, as he also says, Putin's regime is not just a autocracy but a regime of murderers that shoots people also.

Of course Trump was gonna say Putin's plan was genius. He also doesn't care who dies as long as he makes more bank.
