If Armenian forces were actually Russian, Azerbaijan could attack for a thousand years and still not be able to break through. Against Armenia alone the troops of the Aliyev dictatorship have failed to make any substantial gains. Russian intervention would pretty much guarantee an Armenian victory.

You are aware of the concept of the “airplane” correct? The Russian South has been heavily militarized for years, it would not take long to airlift units in to support the Armenians if needed.
