Maybe,

ISIL is financing its attacks with money in oil or others, Just as USA-supported PKK(PYD) does in drug and human smuglling into Europe, this is worse, for She kills people with bullets in ME, and kills people with drugs or causes newborns some medical problems in Europe.

Turkey was more than willing to watch ISIL massacre Kurd's along their border.

More than willing to cooperate with ISIL, fighters crossed the border with impunity, injured evacuated to hospitals in Turkey.
Turkey watched as oil was purchased from ISIL
Turkey began a new war with another branch of Kurd's when they had lost seats in a general election.
Just when talks were nearing completion.
Erdogan uses the law to attack political enemies.
His PM resigned as he was not compliant enough. Perhaps he should have stayed and exercise the powers he had, that have been co opted by Erdogan.

Erdogan could be a dictator , at least He does not arm a terrorist organisation to terrorise an ally, kill people with suicide bombers, in this case, USA.

Your advocating marching people into the desert, killing everyone of military age, depriving people of a certain ethnic group of food, water, etc, burning people alive, etc?

Can you imagine the shrieks of outrage if America did such things?

Well, let's start with the dumber of your two questions.

The PKK is a group. Turkey is a country which is becoming an Islamist dicatatorship. The United States is a democracy.

ISIS are hard line extremists. The vast majority of Muslims condemn their actions.

turks and armenians were both killed during that period,unlike native americans,armenians still exist!
