NAVY PRIDE
Just because a person is our President does not mean he cannot be criticised for his actions and or inactions.
I crticise President Bush for acting like a dictator.
He was wrong to start a war with Iraq, Iraq did not have WMD and this was known before he waged war on them, Iraq did not have Al-Queada operating within it's borders as at that time Saddam Hussein would have seen them as an opposing force to his own authority.
This leads to the question, just why did he go to war with Iraq.
You probably are not interested in the why, it appears for you it is enough that the President says do something and it gets done?
For me that is never enough, I wish to know why our troops are being put in harms way, I wish to be told the truth.
I also want to know why there was no planning for what would happen after the war was won, because winning the war was in reality a done deal before we started the war.
I want to know why it was deemed necessary to alienate the Iraqi population to the extent they now see the US as the enemy.
I respect a person for their deeds, I would like to be able to respect this or indeed any President of whatever political hue for their words as long as they tell the truth.
This President has lied to you, to me, to the whole of the US and also to the world, he will go down into history as the most ignomious President this country has ever seen.
And even though he has made a complete hash of anything he has turned his Presidential hand to, you still revere him because he is the President.
I support our troops, I do not support or laud the idiots who not only put them into harms way but also refuse to fully support them.
Finally let me say that if the President had KNOWN THEN WHAT HE KNOWS NOW, HE WOULD NEVER HAVE STARTED THIS INSANE WAR.
He knows it, you know it, so why cannot you simply be honest enough to admit it, just once.

If the FBI avctually charges a person with a crime but still permits them to continue with their criminal practices, you evidently think this good practise.
Others see it as a derelection of duty.
