Tucker stirs the pot on Transgender rights

Dueling protesters clashed outside a Koreatown spa Saturday over a recent incident involving transgender rights, prompting Los Angeles police in riot gear to be dispatched to the scene. The demonstrations were spurred on when a woman complained to staff at Wi Spa that a man had walked into the women’s section and showed his genitals to young girls, according to the video posted on the social media platform. The customer the woman complained about reportedly identified as a woman. Tucker Carlson got wind of the story and talked about it on his "show" which prompted a group of Carlson supporters to show up at the spa today to protest. A group of counter protesters showed up as well, and, being Los Angeles, the pro trans protesters outnumbered the anti-trans group. It quickly got ugly and police had to disperse the crowd. The man in the woman’s locker room was exposing his penis. The spa faced major cancellations from customers. I imagine a few husbands would want to have a convo with the man.

Hopefully there was signage that the spa catered to the trans community. If there was, a simple refund and apology for the confusion should of sufficed. Would you, as a man, become dismayed if a trans man showed his vagina at the men's spa? It's a non issue. The reality is that no woman has anything to fear from a trans woman's penis.

It was a trans woman, who, I might add, the spa is known to cater to. If you don't want to see trans women at the spa, don't go to a spa that caters to trans women. Do you see how simple that is!

Sounds like a male human by reports. Anyway, Is it as simple as if you wanted to buy a wedding cake for someones gay wedding, that you might go to a bakery that caters to gay weddings?

A trans male was born biologically female with a male psychological gender identity. A trans female was born male with a female gender identity.

A caterer only does the planning and organization. They usually don't make the food. That job is contracted out to cooks and bakers. baking wedding cakes is a skill on its own and is usually separate from a baker or pastry chef. federal law required that if you bake wedding cakes for hetero Christians then likewise you must bake them for anyone who has the money including gay Christians, other religions, and atheists.

As I already stated, if the disturbed woman didn't want to possibly see a trans womans penis, then she shouldn't if gone to a spa that caters to trans women. Which part of my statement are you having a hard time with?
 
The guy's wingding was seen by YOUNG GIRLS at the spa as well.

In the old world of sanity, that's "lewd conduct" or at least "indecent exposure".

If anyone, including parents AND their children, do not want to be exposed to possible trans Women's penises, do not take yourself OR your CHILDREN to spas that cater to them. Which part of that statement do you not understand?

Do we know this spa "caters" to trans women?. They follow the law which says they cannot discriminate against transgender people and, therefore, must not ask anyone who identifies as a woman, to leave the woman's section.
Does this person identify as a trans woman? I have not heard anything other than what the complaint was. A man with a penis in the girls/woman spa/hot tub/locker room.

I wasn't there.... But allegedly it was a trans woman. The spa claims they cater to trans women because it is against the law to discriminate against trans women. California has prohibited discrimination against transgender and gender non-conforming people in housing and employment since 2004 and in public accommodations since 2005. Recently, the Gender Nondiscrimination Act made the law more clear by making “gender identity” and “gender expression” their own enumerated protected categories. Truthfully, the spa should, IMHO, post signage warning clients that they do cater to trans women just to protect themselves against this type of activity.

Catering implies they have a specialty. Just clarifying that they follow the law but do not specialize in trans women.
We still do not know whether this was a man or a person who identifies as a woman.

Yes perhaps they should have a sign making it clear that they do not discriminate against transgender people and that they have no way of policing anyone's gender identity. It should be made clear that anyone who self identifies as a woman may use the facilities fully.

There were a number of women in that video who were upset and will have to abstain from going to any spa since they will not find one who bars trans women (or anyone who identifies as a woman) from using all of the facilities.

I've never been there. But they cater to the downtown crowd, which consequently happens to include a lot of trans women.

Or better yet, tell the MtFs who still have their wingdings to cover up. Have some fracking decency for others.

This GUY should be arrested and charged w/lewd conduct. Make an example of HIM. That'll teach the other whackadoodles to have some discretion.
