TSA denies entry to Jewish Australian YouTuber for being anti-immigration

In the home-run of ironies, Avi Yemini has been denied entry into the US, having been scheduled to appear on the Ruben Report and Louder with Crowder. This follows recent widespread attention that he's received after he was invited to do an interview with Jim Jeffries and Comedy Central, in which he exposed them for the detestable dirtbags they are.

Think of Avi Yemini as the Australian Ben Shapiro. Jewish, conservative, and loudly critical of the mainstream leftist hypocrisy. The crux of it is that Comedy Central and Jeffries wanted to paint him as a Nazi for being against immigration. Yemini secretly recorded the interview with his phone to ensure he wouldn't be taken out of context, which is exactly what Comedy Central tried to do.

Here's a video showing the original footage vs. what Comedy Central released, as well as the truly disturbing and sickening things said by Jeffries when he thought the cameras weren't rolling.

Yemini went public with the footage and began a smear campaign on the internet against CC and Jeffries, of which the latter have been silent. After coming the US a few days ago to appear on the Ruben Report and Louder with Crowder, he was denied entry and deported by the TSA. Yep - a Jewish foreigner deported for being notably against immigration. It appears the US is only pushing for more immigration when the immigrants unconsciously agree to vote for them and not bring independent thinking with them.
 

Currently the whole shebang going around about this is that it's suspected that people at comedy center made reports that he was sending direct threats of violence towards Jim Jeffries and others associated with comedy central. But all in all this is only going to get him more attention now. Because he's still going to do the interview with Ruben and Crowder, either through face time, or Skype. So there really is no telling just how this is going to affect anything they were trying to achieve in getting him deported. Hell, he's basically Australian and with that fact alone. He should've been given a chance to plead for staying, instead of just being kicked out so quickly.

I haven't heard much about this since Tim Pool covered it a day or so ago. So there may actually be more to go on at this point.
 
Call me a skeptic, but I'm highly doubtful the same network with the Daily Show and South Park have the leverage with the FBI, and U.S Customs to deport someone as deplorable as Avi Yemani.

I agree it's unlikely that someone from CC got him deported. But he was clearly denied entry because someone at the TSA didn't agree with him and his views (even though he's never said or done anything violent).

For someone made famous for being anti-immigration, its just ironic.
 

TSA doesn't deport people. They do not have that authority. Most they could do is request to see visas and other travel documents. However they can detain and call Customs, or ICE to deport. Even then, there needs to be some actual basis for a deportation. Unfortunately, being a racist fear monger on it's own won't deport you.
 
According to Sydney Watson, TSA detained them both until the FBI engaged them. They were questioned about itinerary and intent to purchase firearms. It was in relation to the recent events with Comedy Central and the interview, and his intent to come to the US for some speaking engagements and related activities.. The FBI turned AVI back and allowed Sydney to enter the country as she has dual citizenship. I'm really interested in hearing more news about this over time. It sounded like CC voiced a concern to the FBI and they flagged both of their passports for the upcoming trip. Since AVI has a military background, they viewed the threat as credible.

TSA are NAZI thugs. Sure, we need security, but they go way beyond. Stopping these two simply because of a complaint from left wing Comedy Central is itself criminal.

But the NAZI Brown Shirt comparison works so well. I don't know why NAZI is the "go to" expression, when Stalin and Mao both killed more people than Hitler. Yet they get no credit at all most of the time. The focus is always on Hitler. I blame the History Channel.

It seems that nobody cares about this other than right wing blogs but they say “The FBI’s decision to let Yemini into the country was overturned by Border Protection due to a technical error on Yemini’s visa waiver made two years ago which rendered it “null and void”. Certainly a more believable reason than a laughable Comedy Central conspiracy.
 

The Comedy Central complaint is what initiated the incident.

The guy doesn’t have valid documents so hast to go home and apply for a visa like everyone else. That doesn’t imply that the TSA and FBI are secretly run by a shadow organization known as Comedy Central. :lol:

the reason he was stopped originated from a complaint by Comedy Central asserting he was dangerous.

Yes, the right-wing, trump Department of Homeland Security, the department that caged refuges and separated them from their children, under which the TSA resides would be very offended by anyone who's anti-immigrant.
