Trump has a psychological condition called cacablurtus. It is a disability and as such Trump can't help it. Almost every sound uttered by Trump is a cacablurt. Also a characteristic of cacablurtus is that the speaker, in this case Trump, sincerely believes in the veracity of their own cacablurts.

The problem is that millions of people with a condition called cacareceptus are compelled to believe and follow people who have cacablurtus.
