OK, maybe it was just really bad lies, but to me, it sounds like some deluded, demented old man who is losing his grip with reality.

Trump has a long family history of Alzheimers. I believe he is showing signs of it. He’s 79. His own family has stated he’s showing signs…his leg issue, his comments that have nothing to do with the question and rambling…

I think the MAGA faithful are no more capable of spotting flaws in their leaders than you are spotting flaws in yours.

In my book, there isn't a great deal of difference between the two of you.

Did you notice Bidens dementia? If so, when? If not, who are you do pretend to notice it in Trump?
 
Is Trump slowing down? Probably, Who wouldn't be at his age. Is he showing signs of dementia? I can't say I've seen them, but I can say he is in remarkably better shape today than Biden was by 2023, and it's not even close. Biden needed help navigating to and from a podium. In meetings where he was on camera he clearly had difficulty paying attention to where he was and what was going on. By 2024 he was failing to recognize famous Hollywood donors and couldn't coherently string together four unscripted sentences.

After suffering the embarrassment of having to defend Biden in those years (i.e., defend the indefensible) I understand why the rabid left is keen to go on the offensive, but sorry, no, Trump, for all his flaws, is in far better shape now than Biden was during his term. Trump is clearly in charge of his faculties and is effectively driving his agenda, for good or ill.

An impaired Biden with a good team would have been 200% better than the shit show we have now.

I don't expect you to call out Trump's dementia/mental decline as you did Biden's mental decline.

Not really. I ran across a video made by a supporter that gathered all of the times he hinted at wanting to be president. All in chronological order.

I don’t think the realized they showed his decline progress.

He has always had a rambling speaking style. But when he was younger he usually managed to bring it back around. The difference was clear between one video and the next starting around age 70, the time all humans lose a chunk of our capacity.

Now he just employs a trick: when he loses his train of thought in a speech he yells a catchphrase and uses the applause break to gather his thoughts.
 
I betcha every MAGA cheered, regardless.
Hating half of the US citizenry does stand out.

Long ago he talked about the airports being taken over during the revolutionary war.
He called Tim Cook Tim Apple.
His verbal gaffes and mispronunciations are getting worse.

Trump shows significant signs of dementia.
Decline in motor skills. Trouble walking down a ramp, tightly gripping railings, his notable leg swing.
Speech difficulties, trouble pronouncing words, simplification of language.
He loses his train of thought regularly.
He is more erratic and impulsive.
All of these are significant signs of dementia.
Trump’s mental decline is obvious.
