Trump vs Hillary

we know even when Trump is finally convicted of some of the many many crimes he has committed it won't matter to you, sad. Enjoy your alt reality of ignorance and denial. What upsets many of us on the left is that you guys were ok with a sworn enemy working with Trump and interfering in 2016,, while you looked the other way. I am completely over Hillarys loss, so you can't use that one any more. The criminal won, I accept it.

"The government just released reprocessed versions of the Sam Patten 302s that it released in January 2020 as part of BuzzFeed’s FOIA for the Mueller interviews, with just one new disclosure (evidence that Steve Bannon knew of the DNC email release in advance). As a reminder, Sam Patten was the business partner of Konstantin Kilimnik who pled guilty in 2018 for FARA violations.
That DOJ released 40 pages in almost exactly the same form as it previously released them is not unique to Patten. DOJ likewise released George Papadopoulos, KT McFarland, and Erik Prince’s 302s with almost no new disclosures. Effectively, DOJ used its monthly release to BuzzFeed as an obnoxious way of conveying that, except for details showing that even Jerome Corsi was a cover story for Stone’s activities in 2016, DOJ isn’t going to release any more details about the Mueller investigation.
But the heavily redacted 302s are actually of significant interest. That’s because between the time these 302s were first released in January 2020 and now, the Senate Intelligence Committee released its own Russian investigation report, in August 2020. That report relied heavily on the 302s that remain so heavily redacted.
In fact, the declassification of the SSCI Report conducted by ODNI under John Ratcliffe at a time he was declassifying a slew of other documents to help Trump disclosed a great deal of material that, given the recent DOJ release, DOJ claims remain sensitive. The great majority of these passages — and indeed the majority of what remains redacted — were redacted in part using a b7A redaction, indicating an ongoing investigation. I’ve put in the materials that appear in the SSCI Report that remain redacted in this week’s release below, marking with italics what DOJ has released in the 302s. ..."

You tell us, "which part of the Mueller Investigation concluded that there was no evidence of Trump campaign collusion with Russia", there was no part because they did find collusion. Trump was not directly involved and Mueller didn't have enough evidence to prosecute the lower level aides for collusion (the actual crime is conspiracy)...

"A report issued in January of 2017 concluded that Russian operatives reporting to Putin interfered in the 2016 presidential election in favor of Trump. It was drafted and compiled by the CIA, the FBI and the National Security Agency.

"Former Trump campaign chairman Paul
Manafort passed internal Trump campaign information to a Russian intelligence officer during the 2016 election, a new bipartisan Senate report concludes. The findings draw a direct line between the president's former campaign chairman and Russian intelligence during the 2016 campaign..."

You seem to lack the ability to comprehend what you read and hear:
The conclusion was no proof of Trump campaign collusion with the Russians.

As for your claims about Manafort, the so-called bipartisan senate is merely repeating what the Mueller Investigation dug into. If there had been anything to it, the Mueller investigation would have concluded that there was collusion. Your problem is that Trump is living in your head and you do not want to let that wild eyed conspiracy theory go.

Wow, you really are blind-by-choice aren't you?

Ding, ding, ding read all about it!

As of July 27th 2021. There are hundreds of lawsuit (both Federal and Civil) againt Donald Trump at this time.

Litigation Tracker: Pending Criminal and Civil Cases Against Donald Trump

and then there is this:

Of which it is known that at least 275 he lost (or settled). This means, he has been found (and will be found) guilty in a court-of-law more than any other person ever. Oh yeah, Trump is innocent of all charges, right?

Don't waste my time with civil lawsuits against Trump. And let me know if any criminal investigations actually turn up anything. At this point it's nothing more then partisan motivated witch hunts desperately in search of a crime. And again, watch out what you wish for. The concept of going after your political opposition after they leave office sets a precedent that will come back to haunt you. Biden has many legal and criminal skeletons in his closet that could be checked out. And do not get me started on the Clintons. And there is the fact that Bill Clinton was impeached for perjury. That was a felony that could have been followed up on after he left office if the republicans had wanted to be spiteful.

Again you are correct, Mueller found no proof. But like any crime, just because prosecutors don't undercover enough evidence to prosecute, doesn't mean crimes haven't been committed. And just because they did not find evidence of Trump being directly involved, does not mean his campaign was not colluding with Russia.

"...The investigation did not find a criminal conspiracy between the Trump campaign and Russia, saying it had not collected sufficient evidence “to establish” or sustain criminal charges...

...The investigation found multiple contacts between the Trump campaign and Russia, and the report said it established that “the Russian government perceived it would benefit from a Trump presidency and worked to secure that outcome, and that the Campaign expected it would benefit electorally from information stolen and released through Russian efforts.”..."

There's nothing, "so-called" about the bipartisan Senate investigation or Manafort pleading guilty and being sentenced to 73 months in prison for conspiracy against the United States...

Simply stated, you believe preponderance of evidence means nothing. If a Pedophile has been found to be guilty of abusing a child on 10 different occasions does not mean that this present accusation is likely to be correct, right?

Oh but then again, you mention Biden and the Clintons and in those cases and with less preponderance of evidence, they are guilty (according to you)..............Trump on the other hand is not.

Great thinking Einstein.

Debating with someone like you, means giving facts, data, and truth the boot and simply bending down and saying to you "Oh Master, you are always right. You are the all knowledgeable person you think you are?

Your attempts at philosophical sarcasm are hilarious. However all of your cultish hatred of Trump is for nothing. You are largely making it up as you go along. if there was a so-called preponderance of evidence, Trump would not have served his full term and would now be under indictment, arrest, or imprisonment. The Mueller hoax lasted three years and produced in Mueller's own words, no proof of collusion. That hoax is over. And that investigation itself is under investigation by way of the Durham Probe. And it the democrats had anything on Trump over all of his business dealings, they would have used it by now. Get over it and move on. Or is Trump going to be living in your head rent free indefinately?

You are making it up as you go along. Manafort was convicted on tax evading issues. And they only went after him on those issues hoping to flip him against Trump. That failed. It's a common tactic of special prosecutors. It worked when used on Trump's ex-attorney Michael Cohen, however had a history of lying under oath to congress and made a very poor witness. As for what Manafort was alleged to have turned over to the Russian contact, that was nothing more then polling data. Do you seriously think the Russians lack access to polling data?

And you're ignoring it as you go along. He may have been convicted of tax evasion, but that does not negate the fact that he pleaded guilty to conspiracy against the United States and tampering with the witnesses testifying on Trump's campaign collusion...

This is from the DOJ website;
U.S. v. Paul J. Manafort, Jr. (1:17-cr-201, District of Columbia)
Paul J. Manafort, Jr., of Alexandria, Va., pleaded guilty on September 14, 2018, to a superseding criminal information filed today in the District of Columbia, which includes conspiracy against the United States (conspiracy to commit money laundering, tax fraud, failing to file Foreign Bank Account Reports and Violating the Foreign Agents Registration Act, and lying and misrepresenting to the Department of Justice) and conspiracy to obstruct justice (witness tampering). On March 13, 2019, Manafort was sentenced to serve 73 months in prison, with 30 months to run concurrent with his sentence in the Eastern District of Virginia.

Yet no convictions on collusion with the Russians, Go figure! You are bolstering my argument, not yours.

You have the right to spit in their face, figuratively, but it's classless, disrespectful and speaks to the type of person you are, which isn't anything positive.

If there was a picture of classless in the dictionary it would be a photo of you. No one is crying and you couldn't make me cry on your best day. But you keep stooping lower and lower, it seems to be the only "skill" you have.

You know what’s classless and stooping low? Calling a decorated war veteran and POW a loser because they got captured in battle. By no one less than captain bone spurs himself. LOL.

A little shame sometimes is not a bad thing.
