Trump voters: is America great again, yet?

Under Gingrich's Contract with America, it was the last time we had a balanced federal budget, too. What do you think the odds are that we'll ever see another one? :shock:

What does that have to do with the extreme partisanship I was addressing?
 
A quarter of Trump's term has gone by so far, but this is not specifically about Trump as a President, but about America - why it wasn't great and why it is/isn't now. Please be specific.

Obama had eight years. Did he make America great again?
