Trump voters don’t have buyer’s remorse. But some Hillary Clinton voters do.

Quoted for truth! Damn sick of political correctness and liberals going too far.

The white people in three blue states were getting damn sick and tired of liberals standing up for everyone but them.

Going too far with what specifically?

How about everything that liberals want? They have no end game. Every time you give them one inch they want to take a parsec and then when you give them a parsec they want the entire universe. Then when you give them the entire universe, they search out more universes. If you want to get specific then pick a topic, any topic and explain where liberals are willing to stop with their own policies.

I am sorry but that particular dog whistle is not within normal human hearing range.

I see you didn't bother to list any liberal policies that liberals would be happy stopping because they got everything they wanted.

My previous response to you seems to fit here as an apt reply..... that particular dog whistle you are blowing is not within normal human hearing range.

Not with your liberal brain anyway.

Often both parties will do an autopsy on the campaigns after a loss and release the results to their party to attempt to correct what went wrong before the next election. This year the House Dems refuse to even share them with their own party.

House Democrats Hide 2016 Autopsy, Won't Even Allow Members to Have Copies

The polling of Trump's approval ratings the first 100 days early on was reported by the Washington Examiner to be stronger than what the polls suggest.

It was the same scenario leading up to the election.
Remember when they claimed that Trump was in jeopardy of losing Texas, Arizona, Iowa, Ohio and Georgia? Yet he handily took all those states and none in the end to have been in jeopardy.

The polls were completely wrong. Leading up to the election all the pundits were claiming it would take a miracle for Trump to win the election. Every night there was a drum beat on the MSM that just came shy of coronating Hillary Clinton as the next president.

Why were the polls so wrong? In my opinion by choice and purposely cutting out certain demographics to poll that would give them the results they wanted. You see six week onward to the election if the polls can show a certain candidate winning it can stifle the turnout for the one who appears to be losing because folks start thinking their candidate doesn't have a prayer and will skip voting altogether.

Fast forward to today, by only polling certain demographics in a national poll, you achieve the same result when it comes to the president's approval ratings. The same polling firms who wanted to keep Hillary looking better than she was are the same polling organizations trying to keep Trump's approval numbers down. There were only a couple of firms that got it right and that was LA Times, IBD/TIPP and Gravis had Trump winning.

McClatchy/Marist, ABC/Washington Post, CBS/New York Times, Bloomberg, Economist/YouGov, Fox News, Gallup, CBS News, CNN, NBC/WSJ, Reuters/IPSOS, Monmouth, and NBC Survey Monkey all had Clinton ahead in states and national polls.

You see many people do not trust the polls and I think for good reason. Today more put stock in gambling sites and their odds over polls.

Trump is stronger than national polls suggest

One of your own allies here admits it

So the argument seems to be NOT if there are Trump voters who are right wing whack jobs - but how many of Trump supporters are right wing whack jobs.

I think you'd be challenged to find a single political movement that doesn't have its share of extremists, whack jobs as you deride them. And yes, that includes the left, the Democrat party, and every other one.

Not with your liberal brain anyway.

Are you proud that trump swam in his toxic waste dump of oratory tonight? What is Moderate about about? How is that something Lincoln or Reagan would be proud of? Who would want to pass that along to their children and grandchildren ?

I don't even know what you are talking about. What toxic waste dump of oratory are you talking about? But, I get it, you would rather him be the butt of jokes at the WH Correspondence dinner because that pleases your biased partisanship more.

Of course you know what I'm talking about. The last president to miss the WHCD had a bullet in him and still called in. What a disgrace to the party of Lincoln trump is .

Pennsylvania

Would you please give specific examples of what you say is toxic waste dump of oratory? I still don't know what you are talking about. It sounds to me like you just have sour grapes because liberal reporters and celebs couldn't make Trump the butt of jokes at the dinner.

I don't think trump wants a war if that is what you are saying.

But in a few months or years kim will have a working that can reach th US with nuclear warheads.

That is a fact that cannot be ignored or postponed

While there is some validity in that claim about movements of millions of people, the Trump campaign somehow managed to corner the market on a very high percentage of nut jobs right of center. And he continued to intentionally appeal to them day after day after day.

Think of it from the N. Korean perspective. The U.S. already has nuclear weapons that can reach it. We also taught N. Korea the lesson of Iraq -- a country without nuclear weapons is at risk of being invaded by the country that spends more on military than nearly all other countries combined. From their perspective, they are acting rationally.

I don't think that Trump, nor anyone in his admin, wants a military conflict with North Korea. There's just too much to lose and not much to gain in comparison. However, it is clear that the admin's stated goal, as per Tillerson, is a nuclear free Korean peninsula. A laudable goal, one I would agree with and support, the course of which to accomplish is not clear yet at this point in time.

My hope would be that China pressures Kim Jung Un to back down, but then, Kim Jung Un / North Korea really don't have all that much to lose, and the leverage that China has on Kim Jung Un / North Korea isn't all that great either.

I see opinion. And that's fine.

Opinion backed up with facts from a reliable, reasonable source would be even stronger and more compelling.

I already mentioned the facts from a reliable source ............. the November election results. Nothing could be stronger or more compelling.

While true, you cited the November election results, but not how that supports your claim, that Trump supporters are comprised of "a very high percentage of nut jobs right of center".

You've taken a leap, and have not cited the bridge for that leap, so it leaves it at the level of your opinion only.

Naive with a capital N.

Before I go through a long and involved presentation here - which I frankly suspect will be a huge waste of time - , can you provide for me one instance where such a presentation of evidence played any role in you admitting someone on the opposite side of the political divide was correct?

You've made a claim, that a large portion of Trump supporters are Right Wing Nut Jobs - calling their mental health into question, and now you hesitate to back that claim up.

You are free to abandon that claim if you wish. I am not, nor have I, asked you to convince me or others that this claim is true, all I ask is on what basis you make this claim. Show your homework, if you can.
