Trump-Ukraine Whistleblower Suddenly Won't Testify

By definition a whistleblower blows their whistle and then once the proper authorities are alerted their work is done.

So he doesnt need to testify.

Whistleblower testimony not needed. Too many have already testified confirming his concerns.

Those trying to out him could get themselves in trouble. They should read The Whistleblower Protection Act of 1989,

"....A factual search reveals a terrible track record with IFCN fact checkers. There are too many failed checks to list here.

Overall, we rate Zero Hedge an extreme right biased conspiracy website. (8/18/2016) Updated (M. Huitsing 7/17/2018)..."

Overall, we rate Vy Sky an extreme right biased conspiracy person.

Irrelevant nonsense.

We're known for weeks that the leaking CIA termite was a traitorous Democrat cockroach.

...and who cares? (which, btw, you have no basis of knowing that, but that moot). That is completely irrelevant. His story, apparently checks out, which is relevant.

Imagine the shrieks of passionate fury being emitted by Democrats were this being done to their precious messiah Obama...

It would probably be much like your reaction here. There goes your pretense of superiority.

...and that despite the IG's belief there is some bias indicated, the report remained credible and urgent, and was forwarded to DNI.

Tell us more about how they are "cockroaches", that was good fun. Sounds like what a Russian would say.

In Communist Russia, the cockroaches stomp you.

(with apologies to Yakov Smirnoff)

Obama did it the old fashioned way: Weaponizing the IRS.

Except of course that that's not what happened.

That's just the spin your propagandists have successfully pushed

Dont get overconfident about this. Its important to understand the major subtexts that are at play here. Impeaching Trump is just a slight of hand they are using as an end to a means.

This is a PR campaghin to convince the public that Trump does not deserve a 2nd term and its a smokescreen to obfuscate the reports that are coming. Make no mistake the die cast, they are gonna claim anything damning revealed by horrowitz and Durham is meant to distract us from the REAL crimes Trump is committing.

Its as obvious as the nose on your face to those of us who are paying attention but dont underestimate the impact it will have with the casaul political followers. The threat these people pose should not be taken lightly. Dont assume everyone is as smart as you.

Imo the best thing trump supporters can do is to engage people with calm noninflamatory discussions of whats taking place. People need to be woke but not in the progressive sense of the word. They need to understand what the progessive threat is in a way that allows them to put the pieces together on their own. Hyperbole imo is the wrong approach

Maybe, but this is Trump you're talking about, so that's highly unlikely.

Things aren't going well for the witch hunters & their lunatic enablers.

So very sad.

:(

How many weeks behind are you? Wait till you get to this weeks' episodes.

Trump-Ukraine Whistleblower Suddenly Won't Testify; Lawyers Break Off Negotiations Amid New Revelations

A CIA officer who filed a second-hand whistleblower complaint against President Trump has gotten cold feet about testifying after revelations emerged that he worked with Joe Biden, former CIA Director John Brennan, and a DNC operative who sought dirt on President Trump from officials in Ukraine's former government.

According to the Washington Examiner, discussions with the whistleblower - revealed by RealClearInvestigations as 33-year-old Eric Ciaramella have been halted, "and there is no discussion of testimony from a second whistleblower, who supported the first's claims."

There is no indication that either of the original whistleblowers will be called to testify or appear before the Senate or House Intelligence committees. There is no further discussion ongoing between the legal team and the committees," said the Examiner's source.

The whistleblower is a career CIA officer with expertise in Ukraine policy who served on the White House National Security Council during the Obama administration, when 2020 Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden was "point man" for Ukraine, and during the early months of the Trump administration. -Washington Examiner

The whole WB thing was a ruse to initiate Operation UkraineGate.

Actually, all testimony is irrelevant when the verdict is already decided.

Which verdict are you referencing?
The House impeaching Trump
Or
The Senate already running their end game in not convicting him?

Whistleblower testimony not needed. Too many have already testified confirming his concerns.

Those trying to out him could get themselves in trouble. They should read The Whistleblower Protection Act of 1989,

I think those that are trying to out him, or have outed him are under the impression that this DOJ is never going to prosecute them for it.
I wonder why.

Right. The LAST person Schiff wants to hear from is the guy he used to set this whole thing up.

Simply because the House (100% the "prosecution" as in a GJ presentation) won't call the presumed WB does not mean that the Senate cannot do so after articles of impeachment are presented to them. Since it is the (political?) motive of Trump which is being questioned, it is fair to examine the (political?) motive of the WB as well, especially since at the time (of the initial complaint) the WB was discussing a classified and privileged conversation - quite possibly with uncleared persons which is a crime.

Of course one can examine the motive, political or not. And in addition, if he is found to have asked a foreign government to get involved in a presidential campaign in opposition to Trump, he should be prosecuted. Who can argue with that?

Regardless of any public testimony, the whistle-blowers did what they had to do, and have the right to their privacy - as is the expressed purpose of the whistle-blower act.

The system worked exactly as it should. We should be grateful.

You're not entitled to anonymity as a whistleblower. You can't be fired because you said something but you don't get a guarantee of anonymity.

Oh boy and yet another unfounded conspiracy theory.

Remember the Dems and their MSM breathless over the WB? Wall to wall coverage! We've got that Trump now!!

Fast forward to now...WB? We don't need no stinkin' WB.

Really, none of the WBs that Mark Zaid lined up??

So the deep state is so deep that trump himself is a part of it?
Hehe, tangled web of lies, circles back on itself as lies eventually do.

And the IG said the leaker arguably has political bias towards POTUS

-VySky

That in its self does little to detract from Trumps crime.

Except that at least 13 witnesses deposed back up the WB + Mulvaney and POTUS.

Cockroaches is milk toast compared to what other American citizens and career public servants are called here on almost a daily basis. Difference is those happen to be conservatives, so that seems to make it OK here.
Show evidence that this is being done by a majority or even just who (all sides have their assholes) on an almost daily basis. What exactly are they called and who? And who is being called that?

No actually it isnt even at the same level. Telling on someone for actually committing an unethical or even illegal, corrupt act can be done for any reason, so long as what is being stated is facts to the best knowledge of that person. Hence why we then have an investigation of those statements to check if they are factual, accurate and if it is reasonable to believe they were telling the truth to the best of their knowledge.

If we can't follow one of the primary tenets of American jurisprudence for the President, who can we follow it for?
Show where our law requires that a person be allowed to know the names af any and all who provided a tip against them, even if their tip simply led to an investigation that produced plenty of evidence against the suspect originally pointed out.

Don't forget that POTUS and Mulvaney backed up quid pro quo. To deny that is to call 45 a liar.

But the traitorous leaking CIA spy's exceptionally sleazy spokeslawyer told us WEEKS ago that their client was pure and good!

This is all VERY shocking...

The traitor, at this time occupies the WH. And he has many supporters.

Using a private attorney, not affiliated with the USA gov't, to seek dirt on another private citizen from a foreign gov't. Or lose the security money the USA congress authorized.
Why is a private citizen extorting a foreign gov't?
