On Friday night, the president tweeted a picture of himself and a stack of folders, presumably stocked with bills ready for him to sign.
"Some of the many Bills that I am signing in the Oval Office right now," the president said, before criticizing the Democrats for failing to "help protect America's Southern Border!"
When the tweet was posted, Twitter users were quick to point out that the bill on the president's desk seemed blank.

Take a look at that stack of bills the president is about to sign! There must be a couple of dozen there!

And yet, no one else there to receive the souvenir pens, no one there for the photo op, and most interesting, no one at the WH will tell us what Trump just made the laws of the land with a few strokes of his pen. In fact, no one on Capitol Hill can tell us what bills recently passed both houses and were sent for the president's signature. Apparently, these are secret laws. No one is supposed to know what they are.

A blank sheet of paper? It's probably all that he could understand.

A fake President signing imaginary bills into law ;)

Who would have thought.

The desk is also a fake because you can't read the engraving above the eagle. As are the phones - I mean, there's nothing on the labels when you zoom in, so Trump just wants us to believe that there are real phones on a real desk. FWIW - the flag pin isn't even the US flag. If you zoom in, there are no stripes.

Trump tried to pull a fast one, but the liberals in this country are just too damn smart for him.

Thank God we have Business Insider all of their hard-hitting stories like this one. :giggle:

He is a propagandist and liar. Jim Jones comparisons are appropriate and deserved.

Do you know what bills he signed? Do you know where we could find out what those are that he signed?

He is working so hard, we need to know. I'm sure they are all MAGA, so we should be pointing these great laws out.

How can we support him if we don't know what those laws are he just created? How do you support him without knowing what MAGA laws he just signed? You just take his word for it? You didn't do that with the last guy, did you?

How many years have we had secret courts with their secret laws and just about everyone has been JUST FINE AND DANDY with that?

You are on VERY thin ice you see.

Did you even try to look the information up?

There you have it. Trump MAGA. Obama never signed so many bills.

Spoken like a true socialist. You do claim to be one right?

noun: socialism
a political and economic theory of social organization that advocates that the means of production, distribution, and exchange should be owned or regulated by the community as a whole.

Don't be so hard on yourself, you've never failed him, defending his every lie, outrage and disgrace. There's a word that describes someone who blindly supports a authoritarian and are hostile and punitive towards people who do not. Look it up...

I love how you try to pretend that Trump isn't just lying every time his lips move. Cult 45 is strong stuff.

Yep. It's Trump's Presidency in a nutshell. 100% fake. A fake Reality Show.

He has rolled back the administrative state substantially, and there is no telling how much destruction he can cause with this government shut down...you really should attempt to take things more seriously, reality calls for it.

Advice from one friend to another....
