Trump to travel to Kenosha, Wisconsin, on Tuesday

You’ve edged yourself into believing that “many people” are now going to #Walkaway. Got it.
I don't do hash tags.

Many traditional Democratic voters are looking to their government for safety and security. The Democratic party is saying that they don't do law and order any more.

By many, I mean millions, especially in and near affected cities. Enough to keep Wisconsin in the Trump column and possibly flip Minnesota. It's common for Trump haters to claim Trump hasn't enlarged his base. Now, Democrats are doing it for him.

I guess I will have to answer my own questions then. They werent rounding people up for curfew violations  And since they were unaware of the shootings, they had no reason to stop him

This does not address the question you asked. Let me remind you again what you asked...

You asked
Why would they have stopped him?

I answered because he violated the curfew.

Now, if you want to argue that the police officers chose to ignore that somebody violated the law, it does not change the fact that they had no reason to stop and even arrest the person.
