President Donald Trump made it clear to Fox News’ Sean Hannity that he will “most likely” declare a national emergency to build his border wall and suggested that he’d decide on it “over the next few days.”

Here's a Pro Tip for Republicans: If it takes you days to decide whether or not something is a national emergency then it is by definition not a national emergency.

Pro Tip Number 2: A wall of this scale may take upwards of a decade to complete. If a plan takes a decade to put into motion then it's not very effective at handling a crisis. If a house is on fire you don't start working on plans to put in a sprinkler system over the next few years.

I can hardly wait for Mr. Trump's "Tweet of the Union".
