The first possibility was that Obama is “not tough” and “not smart” and therefore incapable of stopping terrorist attacks.[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]The other scenario, according to Trump, is that Obama is fully capable of stopping terrorist attacks but “has something else in mind.” In other words, Obama is purposefully allowing terrorists to kill people in the United States to pursue a hidden agenda.[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Trump emphasized this second theory. “The something else in mind, people can’t believe it,” Trump said, “There is something going on. It’s inconceivable.”[/FONT]

Trump may be nuts, but he's never invited the Muslim Brotherhood over to the white house. That would be Obama.

I see this as a quasi "when did you stop hitting your wife". Or more specifically the "fat girl in a group of friends" technique.

Trump wants to put forward the message that Obama is weak and dumb, and thus this is why this stuff happens. He then proceeds to put forward the message that the only two options are "weak and dumb" OR "intentionally allowing it".

One is overly simplistic and debatable at best, and by itself would be largely dismissed or glossed over off hand. The other, however, is ludicrous in nature. And as such, it serves as the "Fat girl in a group of friends"....by making the first option look better and more reasonable in comparison.

It's like going "Hey man, you'll race that guy. I mean, unless you're a *****"...thus trying to present two options "race or be a *****".

It's not that uncommon of a sales technique or even just a general social one; put a ludicrous option next to a bad one, and the bad one suddenly seems good.

Nope. Just don't think Obama cares. Hence him never admitting it's Islamic terrorism. He's a coward. Come on, we've had the dude for 8 years. Haven't picked up on it? I was actually super surprised he even used the 'T' word in his speech. It's usually avoided!! Making progress.

I state a fact that Obama had over members of a terrorist group to the white house, which leads most people to wonder why the President of the United States is meeting with them... you just attack me.

Soon, our apology in chief will be able to have all the muslim extremists over at his home without fear of criticism. Once he's out of the white house, he can apologize to any group he pleases without representing our country.
