EXCLUSIVE: President Trump’s re-election campaign filed a libel lawsuit against CNN on Friday for publishing “false and defamatory” statements about seeking Russia’s help in the 2020 election.
"The complaint alleges CNN was aware of the falsity at the time it published them but did so for the intentional purpose of hurting the campaign while misleading its own readers in the process... the campaign filed this lawsuit against CNN and the preceding suits against The New York Times and The Washington Post to hold the publishers accountable for their reckless false reporting and also to establish the truth,” Senior Legal Adviser to Donald J. Trump for President, Inc. Jenna Ellis told Fox News.

There's never been more corruption in American history than the Ninth Circuit shenanigans. Getting rid of them was perhaps his greatest achievement to date among many.

The Judge in this case is a George W. Bush appointed Judge and he's basically saying that William Barr lied.

This and similar suits are simply part of the attack on the news media. The plaintiff would have to be deposed for the suit to progress. That will not happen.

Lol because there have just been so many. Wtf is wrong is with this guy? I’ll admit he’s box office, the first season of the Apprentice was gold and he’s obviously emotionally intelligent. Unfortunate he’s not cognitively intelligent and you’d have to be as mentally challenged as he is to think he’s any good as being president. I’d watch him all day long presenting Love Island or whatever but wouldn’t be quick to put him in charge of the nuclear codes.

What amazes me is how Trump supporters believe scamming the public court system for personal gain is a good and smart thing to do. No wonder they love Trump, the first POTUS with their values and principles.
