Trump did not ruin my Thanksgiving. Thought it was hysterical myself.

So instead of visiting any troops stationed anywhere including those on our Southern Border he teleconferences with a few. Of course he can't help but take a few shots at making a few political points and take some jabs as well. Lets not even make believe he is calling because he actually cares about Service Members.

So he makes his comical calls from ....the resort in Mar-a-lago and then........goes to visit a Coast Guard base in .......Florida!

You just cannot make this stuff up even if you are good at it, you can't make this stuff up.

This is actually the stuff that will eventually sink the Donald because he just cannot even fake it. He makes it so plainly obvious that he does not care a rats behind about me, you any American, any service member anybody but himself. Two more years of this and just nobody but his loyal base will care a rats behind about him. Obviously he is going to continue to do what he does because it is his nature. He is an ignorant, unscrupulous man, corrupt to the core and he simply can't help himself.

That said, does Trump not have advisors who tell him the way these things are supposed to work? That you don’t politicize holiday messages to the troops...or to cub scouts? Or does Trump have such advisors but just ignores them?

Well even Network News that existed before the 24/7's could not ignore what a President does. I did not need the awful 24/7 twelve times a news cycle rehash plus their silly talking heads to inform me of the absurdity of what I was watching. It was a hysterically Trumpian display, made worse by knowing he was teleconferencing from his Mar-a-lago resort and then had the unmitigated gall to go to ........a Coast Guard base in .....Florida having never once during his presidency visited troops in the field including those on our Southern border.
