But that is what MAGA voted for.

Fyi, they have to date not found anything they can use against James, including failed attempts to go after her for mortgage fraud.
 
I think the Trump administration is stupid. The shoe will be on the other foot. They are setting themselves up to be investigated and prosecuted like this for a number of things they are currently doing. Unless they plan on never giving up power.

Does the SCOTUS now officially consider that an official duty of the president? Curious if they do since it never was for 248 years, even though the attempt it goes on at all levels.
 
Are the accusations in this story accurate? If yes, then it seems she is violating the law. It's really pretty simple, either it's true or it's not.

I think we've reached a point that both SCOTUS and a GOP led Congress are both rubber stamps for whatever Trump wants.

Refresh my memory. Isnt James the woman who ran for office promising to go after one man--Trump. I dont recall anyone on the left raising so much as an eyebrow about that. Trump has already gone through the lefts investigation and prosecution war. So it is dems like James for whom the shoe is on the other foot.
 
I don’t have an issue with prosecutors saying someone did something illegal and that they intend to address it if elected. That’s what they do. It still will need to approved by a grand jury and receive a trial and verdict from a jury of peers.

It will take a supreme majority of left wingers to bring accountability and justice back, and it will take at least a decade to get anywhere near normal again.

After Jan 6th they know MAGA would literally try to tie them in zip ties & hang them if they stepped out of line.

They've been investigating her for 5 months and found nothing, so Trump is going to fire him and replace with someone who be more aggressive against Leticia James.
