NEW YORK (Reuters) - A U.S. judge on Friday denied President Donald Trump’s request to delay letting Manhattan’s district attorney obtain his tax returns for a criminal investigation into his family’s real estate business while Trump pursues an appeal.

Money laundering. Inflating for loan, deflating for taxes. For likely many years.

His actions may be paying off loans, or putting cash in foreign accounts.

Former Trump personal lawyer Michael Cohen said Trump always had his businesses appear more profitable to lenders and less profitable to tax officials.

This would constitute tax fraud and mortgage fraud.

It has to go to the supremes, because as a constitutional question you can’t have every opposite party DA in America suing the POTUS, thus interfering with the business of America.

If this is the way forward, then every DA in America is now free to go after the Obamas, the Biden’s, and the Clinton’s, on other matters.

We have too many lawyers and not enough enough hammers swingers and wrench turners. That’s why it takes ten years to put in an outhouse.
