I LOVE how Trump's blathering about classified documents was used in the indictment against him.MAGA Cult,
DOJ is just enforcing what Trump said in 2016. You all should be happy that DOJ takes Trump's proclamations so seriously.
Trump is not even president anymore and the DOJ is still listening to him! That's a sign of respect, it should make all of Trump's followers very happy!
Here is more sound advice and proclamations from Trump from a few years ago. --
"We can't have someone in the Oval Office who doesn't understand the meaning of the word confidential or classified." (September 2016)
"Any access granted to our Nation's secrets should be in furtherance of national, not personal, interests." (July 2018)
"As the head of the executive branch and Commander in Chief, I have a unique, Constitutional responsibility to protect the Nation's classified information, including by controlling access to it" (July 2018)
"More broadly, the issue of [a former executive branch official's] security clearance raises larger questions about the practice of former officials maintaining access to our Nation's most sensitive secrets long after their time in Government has ended. Such access is particularly inappropriate when former officials have transitioned into highly partisan positions and seek to use real or perceived access to sensitive information to validate their political attacks." (July 2018)
And, of course....nobody can forget the "Lock Her Up!" chants at Trump's Nazi rallies regarding Hillary Clinton's mishandling of classified information.
The indictment against Donald Trump quotes his own 2016 campaign promises slamming Hillary Clinton's emails

The most surprising thing is that his base will never be shaken. They get conned, lied to over and over, some thrown in jail or killed, ..., and never waiver. Blind devotion.
I disagree. His base got bent out of shape at the mere thought of wearing masks. We’ll see a great deal of cheap talk, but very little action. The base loves Donald—so long as they don’t need to get off their sofa.Surprising....and very disturbing. There is most likely going to be more violence, especially if Trump goes to jail. Kari Lake is already out there making idiotic comments.

I do not doubt it. However, there is no comparison to the level of violence now as with the level of violence that would later be seen if DOJ took no action. You too can rule the world simply by attacking the Judiciary/courts.Surprising....and very disturbing. There is most likely going to be more violence, especially if Trump goes to jail. It was the one exception and frankly speaking, that had more to do with the incompetence of the Capitol Police than the competence and capability of the MAGAs. Any other police force would have put bullets in the heads of the first few rioters entering the building—MAGAs would have been slaughtered, but the Capitol would not have been occupied.I'm surprised you disagree after Jan 6.
And it's a long way to drive a Hoveround from The Villages to the courthouse.I disagree. His base got bent out of shape at the mere thought of wearing masks. We’ll see a great deal of cheap talk, but very little action. The base loves Donald—so long as they don’t need to get off their sofa.
This is how I now view Trump supporters. Trump with the paddle and his followers bending over and taking it.
I never said that the MAGAs would be successful or highly competent when performing future acts of violence. But to think that violence won't happen again is foolhardy to me.It was the one exception and frankly speaking, that had more to do with the incompetence of the Capitol Police than the competence and capability of the MAGAs. Any other police force would have put bullets in the heads of the first few rioters entering the building—MAGAs would have been slaughtered, but the Capitol would not have been occupied.
This time around we are all ready and on guard. If MAGA resorts to violence, they will be dealt with swiftly. We know this, they know this, and they prefer to sit on their sofas watching Fox anyway. So, I predict volumes upon volumes of cheap talk but very little action.

Perhaps. You could see more Timothy McVeigh terrorist types of attacks.
Trump'o'philes all suffer from BWS - Battered Wife Syndrome. This sums up Trumpism. Believe whatever is said, then forget it and await the next lie.

Perhaps.
But, I think it’s more likely that we’ll see more suicide-by-cop attacks instead. Let’s hope for all our sakes that I am right.
