Are you referring to the OP as an idiot?Idiot. You read a lot into this.
Someone posted it in here when it first happened. It's hilarious.I'm shocked this didn't go bigger, as it's too perfect. Maybe I missed it?
If the media hated Trump like he says they do, they'd be playing this all day, every day.
Unfortunately, I only have the clip with commentary, so if anyone has just the clip, that would be wonderful. For now I've queued it to start at the beginning of the clip (~30 seconds in) and if you can hang in 30-40 seconds, you can skip most of the commentary.
If that's unacceptable, in the video Trump whiffs a golf drive shot and then pretends he did hit it, watching to see how far it went while the ball sits on the tee at his feet. The crowd plays along clapping politely, many no doubt faked out...
...and then he leans down, picks up the ball, sticks it in his pocket, and wanders off.
This is a recent event. That's our POTUS cheating at golf, and the crowd getting buffaloed into going along with it.
I find it a perfect metaphor for his entire political "career."
Do go on...Idiot. You read a lot into this.

The thing is, I think Trump was a pretty good athlete but he's gettin old. Before he started hobbling around he seemed pretty light on his feet for a big guy.
He missed the shot so picked up his ball and will take a drop per the rules of golf.I'm shocked this didn't go bigger, as it's too perfect. Maybe I missed it?

He missed the shot so picked up his ball and will take a drop per the rules of golf.
He didn't pretend anything.
So many lies and so much hate from the left.

It's a faked video.
And the sycophants clap. It's definitely a cult.I'm shocked this didn't go bigger, as it's too perfect. Maybe I missed it?

The video is fake.Ever play golf?
Just defended what I saw.The video is fake.
The irony is that @Girlpower is so duty-bound to defend Donald’s honor that she immediately kept to defending something that he didn’t actually do. The implication is that we can generate all sorts of fake material about Donald and she will rush to defend every last piece of it.
You defended Donald because there is nothing Donald can do that you will not defend. If the video was of Donald licking at dog poop on the ground, you would be waxing poetically about its nutritional value. If the video was of Donald driving over a child with a golf cart, you’d be angrily arguing about how the child’s liberal parents need to watch their children. If the video was of Donald discussing Ivanka’s naked body, you’d deflect to Joe Biden.Just defended what I saw.
It certainly wasn't what the OP described so that's on him.
Fake or not, the Trump in that video followed the rules of golf.

Sounds like a typical golf outing to me.Dysfunctional Donald is a golfing master - at cheating:
" “So, does he improve his lie?”
Eddis looked at him and threw his head back in laughter. “Every shot but the tee shot.”
...
“On this one hole, Donald hits his second and fats it into the water,” Faxon remembers. “But he quickly says to me, ‘Hey, throw me another ball; they weren’t looking.’ So I do. But he fats that one into the water, too. So he drives up and drops where he should’ve dropped the first time and hits it on the green.”
Meanwhile, on the other side of the fairway, Woods, being Woods, has hit his approach to a foot from the hole for a kick-in birdie. Everybody’s on the green now, with Trump about 20 feet from the hole, and getting a stroke. Trump said, “So, where does everybody stand here?”
FAXON: “Well, Tiger just made a three. What’s that [putt] for, Mr. President?”
TRUMP: “Four for a three.”
Faxon had to laugh because Trump was actually putting for a seven, but he was claiming it was for a four, which would’ve worked out to a three with his free stroke on the hole.
“How great is that?” Faxon recalled. “Four for a three! But he missed it anyway. It was really fun to play with him. He rakes [picks up] every putt [as if it’s conceded], but you kind of want him to. You’ve heard so much about it, it’s almost like you want to witness it so you can tell the stories.
...
“Whenever I’ve caddied in Trump’s group,” says Greg Puga, an elite Los Angeles amateur and caddy, who has Trump in his group plenty, “he always gets his own cart. He makes sure to hit first off every tee box and then jumps in the cart, so he’s halfway down the fairway before the other three are done driving. That way he can get up there quick and mess with his ball.
So this one time — we were on the 18th — he hits first, kind of blocks it right, and jumps in his cart and starts driving away. My guy pures one right down the middle. I mean, I SAW it go right down the middle. One of his best drives of the day. But by the time we get to my guy’s ball, it’s not there. We can’t find it anywhere. And Trump is now ON the green already putting! Where’s our ball? And then Trump starts yelling back at us, “Hey guys! I made a birdie!” He’s holding up his ball and celebrating. And that’s when we realized. He stole our ball! He got up here early, hit OUR ball, and then hurried up and pretended like he made the putt for a birdie. I mean, what the hell?”
Golf.com: How and why President Trump cheats at golf — even when he’s playing against Tiger Woods
He played sports in high school and college. Before he started lying about everything, it was reported he played baseball through most of high school and tennis and squash when he went to Fordham. I tend to believe those over later exaggerations about his prowess on the golf course. When was this?
