I translate the statement - given that their actually risking their lives to oppose CRT is a nonsensical idea - as actually being one intended to radicalized people to commit violence for his political cause. He's really trying to desensitize people to violence and welcome it, just as the Nazis did. They used to force or encourage people to fight each other just to get them used to violence, they sort created a 'violence worship' or fetish..
