As part of the 11th Circuit’s decision, the panel allowed the criminal investigation to use the seized documents, something Cannon had previously barred. Trump’s filing seeks only to reverse the appeals court’s ruling on the special master’s access to the documents, not the part of the decision concerning the investigation.

First of all, it's a six-judge majority. Second of all, this is all about national security. No judge is going to defer to Trump over national security when Trump is no longer the executive. All he is now, is an American citizen who lies about everything.

The court won't take the case. It's over before it starts.

Suit yourself, and I wouldn't call Roberts a MAGA justice since it would be a lie, but over on Truth Social wild celebrations have already begun. You see, we in the MAGAsphere understand our five MAGA majority can do whatever the hell it wants to do, period.

The court is in a real precarious position currently. This is a great opportunity for the court to begin to earn some of their credibility back. You are correct about Thomas, though. No telling what he'll do. But in the end, one way or the other, Trump loses.

That's all this is. And the court knows it. I believe they will dispose of this quickly as it is all about national security. Trump has no right to any of those WH documents anyway. Classified or not.
