hopes would be dashed when the publisher would mail the transcript back with a note such as:

Sounds like a tale of a publisher gone out of business. Ironically, I suspect that most people with IQs well over 100 would find the story more than believable. It's totally congruent with who Trump is, and what he's done since he lost the election.
