Right. Trump trashed America (and our president) for years -- and was elected president.
I criticize America and you invite me to leave.
What's wrong with this picture?
Oh yeah ... one more example of Trump supporters snowflaking because they can't take what they and Cadet Bone Spurs dish out.
I disagree. It's the first time a U.S. president has decided to personally conduct preliminary negotiations. Normally, lower level diplomats conduct preliminary negotiations. That way, if negotiations breakdown, there is no loss of face to the nation or president. When there is something actually to sign, then the heads of state are brought in.He's already succeeded in getting further than any other President in your lifetime....Talk about screwing things up, just go back and read your own post.
Never fear. John Bolton will save the Kim summit :2razz:

So far, there is no "success." Trump is just sticking is neck out and agreeing to a meeting that may never happen. What we are witnessing is lots of talk but no action.

denuclearization to NK means no nukes in the entire region, including ours.I think they'll meet, the question is what comes out of it. If there are some initial agreements on defining what denuclearization means and some kind of time table that would be an accomplishment for sure, but that's going to depend on how hard the US pushes for complete transparency.
What does that mean in terms of action? Making a self-serving declaration that "the USA is not going to be held hostage to NoKo's intercontinental nuclear missiles," is hollow unless Trump is saying that he's going to engage in a first-strike and turn North Korea to glass, create enough fallout to kill most of South Korea and some of China, and have the Chinese reaching for their nuclear button. So, unless Trump is threatening to kill millions of Asians and possibly start a nuclear war, he's just shooting his mouth off.
Nothing special about Trump. I wish the original deal with NK done while Clinton was in office worked. Also wish Obama better understood the consequences of his helping to overthrow the regime in Libya would have. With the Iran deal, wish they did a good deal.
Well, what would Hillary have done?
Perhaps. If so, it's in part due to the NK situation.China is calling the shots on this, not Trump.
Wonder why so many on this site are so willing to diss America. Guess just the way you roll. That being said shouldn't we be the ones to worry as NK broke its agreement they made with us under Clinton. Or simply that they cant get over what we did with Libya. Where Obama helped overthrow his regime after the weapons were gone.
As to the continued B.S. about the Iran deal. You know that this was not a treaty signed agreed to by congress. Just something a desperate president agreed.
and tRump has dissolved that negotiated "deal" which deal had theretofore prevented iran from developing nuclear weapons... the world can't trust a nuclear deal made with the US. Iran learned that the hard way ...

I am sick of posters such as yourself you try and belittle those you disagree with. that is NOT civil debate IMO.
How come no mention ever from the hypocritical US and hypocritical Americans about Israel's nukes?
Perhaps. If so, it's in part due to the NK situation.
China knows tightening the economic screws on China is a popular move.
