Trump’s Appointment of the Acting Attorney General Is Unconstitutional

He will be ignored in any case or jurisdiction that he tries to step into. He is about to meet an avalanche of filings from litigates over his illegitimacy and until the courts decide what to do with him he will remain toothless.

Either that or Trump or Whitaker realize this sham has got their butt ends hung out in the breeze and Whitaker resigns.

Sorry to hear that we have a bunch of lawyers/judges who will ignore the law when they dont like it. Also sorry that many people are not particularly worried about it. Puts into perspective all the paranoia, hysteria and terror stories we have been hearing for the past two years about Trump and his obeying of law.

What did you expect from putting a Crime Boss in the WH? You didn't expect that diarrhea to flow downstream?

Whitaker can about weigh in on the Justice Dept cafeteria coffee without running into either:
- an established predetermination on a case
- a conflict of interest
- an outright investigation that he is already the subject of
- an outright refusal to respond to a Court decision
- a complete laughable contradiction with the Constitution itself

So have at it Whit...go tell us what you think of the cafeteria coffee

What crime boss is that?
Whittaker is head of DOJ for a max of 210 days. Thats the end of it. If people wish to ignore his lawful and legal decisions during that period that doesnt reflect well on them.

Donald Trump...when all said and done this guy will make Carl Gambino look like he was stealing candy from classmates on the way to school.

And yes...Donald's diarrhea IS flowing downhill and spreading over the entire country. You would have to be blind not to see it....then again.......

As for Whitaker itself, Justice Office of Professional Responsibility is going to have a field day with this guy as soon as steps out of anything more complicated than an opinion on the Justice Dept Cafeteria coffee.

And least we forget since it has been about a few thousand posts since I mentioned this one, Whitaker is blatantly incompetent, an utter legal buffoon.
