Senate Bill Incentivizes Employers To Fire Americans and Hire Amnestied Immigrants
The Immigration Amnesty Bill that is up for vote this week in the Senate is an insane piece of horse squeeze for multiple reasons.

We are all aware that the bill will allow formerly illegal immigrants who are amnestied will be eligible to work, but what we are just finding out they will not be held to the Obamacare law as the rest of the existing US citizens are.
Now, with the Obamacare Law requiring employers with over 50 employees to either offer HC benefits or pay a fine ($3000 being the estimate given) and the employers can hire the newly legal immigrants and not have to worry about providing them HC benefits or worry about paying a fine, because they are exempt from Obamacare.
What do you think is going to happen to the job market?
Using what is already happening, Existing employees are having their hours cut so employers can avoid the requirements of Obamacare, hire more people on a PT basis (to collect the tax credit for creating a job and to fill the void in hours from the former FT employees who had their hours cut). Now employers can hire the newly legal immigrants full time and not have to worry about the regulations of Obamacare.
Another shaft given to the middle class by our illustrious Federal Imperial Government.
