Well, Rudy's in the hot seat, with.. TA DA.. Russian collusion. He's has to explain himself why he met with a Russian Spy in the Ukraine.

His 'I didn't know he was a spy' seems to be.. a weak defense.

The man the Treasury Department called "an active Russian agent for over a decade," met with President Donald Trump's personal attorney Rudy Giuliani to dig up dirt on former Vice President Joe Biden.

Andrii Derkach, a member of the Ukrainian Parliament, and three other Russian-linked individuals were designated, Thursday, by Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control, for attempting to influence the U.S. electoral process.

"Andrii Derkach and other Russian agents employ manipulation and deceit to attempt to influence elections in the United States and elsewhere around the world," Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin said in a statement.

Last November, Derkach appeared with Giuliani as part of a One America News (OAN) "investigation" that aired in December, the same week the House of Judiciary Committee approved articles of impeachment against the president.

So they're really retreading this old story all over again?

Oh look! Another dishonest right wing dodge!

That’s what wingnuts do.

They buy the propoganda and repeat it and repeat it and repeate it. Then they deny the facts and denigrate anyone who points out the facts to them.

As you did consistantly throughout from the day when Crazy Uncle Rudy blurted out the scheme on Cuomo Prime Time, until now.

Now, that even the Trump administration has admitted that the whole thing was a scam, run on obvious coordination with the Russians, you pivot to the “old news” dodge.

Which is what the reactionary right always does when their denials collapse.

And, for some time, you Trumpsters are going to be constantly reminded that this is the stuff you shouted and cheered for, no matter what.

They’re measuring him for a frame.

the collusion continues.

Why is this a surprise to anyone? Is is only par for the course as all inner circle Trump associations are with scumbags like himself and those scumbags associate with other scumbags and on and on.

So they're really retreading this old story all over again?

Trumps people (Ron Johnson, Devin Nunes, Jim Jordan) are conversing with Derkach in Ukraine again.

Derkach is a known Russian agent who graduated from the KGB university in Moscow.

Why are US Congress critters palling around with a known Russian intelligence agent?

Lol, the right went insane with accusations when people found out he went to ukraine to investigate the biden's. Obviously that venture turned up nothing so now it's just old news. You guys disowned that as quickly as you did W after he left office.

Link?

You can't frame someone who is , well, actually guilty.

You can if you want him to take the fall for someone else.

But, this is the sort of thing that happens to most people in Trump’s orbit. Unless they’re paying him (and have something on him), or they’re family.

In this case, it’s also a clown show.

The agent claim is bait, to get the talking heads talking about Crazy Uncle Rudy.

It blows the Atlantic story off the TV screen, which is what it is intended to do.

Rudy will get his chance to recycle his crackpot nonsense in national tv for a day or so.

This is bad news for the Senate Republicans who are finishing up their "investigation" into Joe Biden’s dealings with Ukraine while he was vice president.

They'll assert that Hunter Biden’s ties to Burisma created a conflict of interest for the Obama administration's anti-corruption efforts in Ukraine.

Key information provided by Senate Republicans was provided by Derkach, who passed it along to Trump’s personal lawyer Rudolph W. Giuliani.

Now the Treasury Department is sanctioning Derkach, whom they labeled an “active Russian agent.”

Embarrassing!

It must be so weird to be a Republican.

I think you actually need validation, before you go running your mouth off on something that you don't even know about.

I said nothing about anything mentioned by "crazy uncle joe" and I mentioned nothing about "trump's administration admitting to anything".

Talking is no issue. Had just conversing with people been against the law, or broken any rule. Then we can still call out Hillary at this point if you like?

Once again, someone who should revisit history class.

Does this mean that recordings of conversations between the former President of Ukraine (who came to power as a result of an armed coup and the overthrow of a legally elected president, with direct support from the United States) and Biden are illegitimate? And the fact that the nationalist state of Ukraine is a puppet led from the United States, is this also the result of russian activity? How pathetic, impotent, and hypocritical you are, democrat-liberals...
