Trans women convicts belong in women's prisons

IMO there wasn't enough attention given by trans advocates for this issue.

1. It's bigoted and insulting to insinuate that trans people might identify as women so they can prey on other women.

2. Even if some do prey on women inmates, not putting them in women's prisons violates the 8th amendment of the COTUSA.

3. Have you seen what women' inmates look like? Not exactly boner fuel.

It is not cruel or unusual to place biological males in a male prison.

It would be cruel to put transwomen in men's prisons.

They would be brutally treated by inmates and guards.

Human beings are horrible creatures -- IMHO.

I think in this case, if they still have an "outie" the belong in the mens prison. If they have an "inie," they belong in the womans.
