Blue is The Warmest Colour:

A film from Cannes that is supposed to be released in North America but they don't expect it to be successful U.S. as it most likely end up with an NC17 or X rating they also expect since it is about lesbians and has long lengthy sex scenes Americans will not like it. They expect it to be more successful in Canada where Ontario's highest rating is R and Quebec will probably end up making it PG or something like that because they always go much lower than what every province and the U.S. does. Usually if a movie is PG13/16 in other places Quebec makes it G and if it's R they just make it PG13, this is due to the fact Quebec's R rating is used solely for pornography.
