Saw a story on this by HBO’s “Vice News.” This camp was opened in June 2018 and is now reported to be closing.

There seems to be some “secrecy” with the opening and closing of this facility. The problem exceeds six months?

One question stands out: Where do you find a “contractor” to take this mission on?
