Seems like a waste of money. Why should the taxpayers have to pay Tony Snow to spin the president's screwups from the White House pressroom, when FOX News is perfectly willing to foot the bill for him to do exactly the same thing on their network?

OMG, why would he want that job, that should be the obvious question, good luck Tony, you beat cancer, I guess you can beat this.:doh

Why on earth would he want the job? I don't care who you are. In that job you still have to somehow sell the Bush Administration's policies and defend its scandals, and as the old saying goes, you just cant polish a turd.

Must be a very high paying position.

Not at all, especially when compared to what Fox is paying him!

Good luck Tony Snow, You'll need it.

I am not surprised he was offered the job. Bush and Snow have a long-time friendship. I am surprised, however, that he took it. HIs current gig was, no doubt, very lucrative. But I'm glad he took it. Good man.
