Texans for a Republican Majority, known as TRMPAC, responsible for the GOP increasing its lead in congressional seats, has been indicted on 5 counts, which include money laundering and misuse of corporate money to finance elections in Texas. The indictments are against the PAC only at this time. However, Delay continues to be under investigation, and it is only a matter of time until the noose tightens on him.
