preview_w696zc1.JPG

Anatoly Bibilov, left, the president of the puppet government in South Ossetia, is shown with Russian President Vladimir Putin.

Excellent Washington Post investigative expose on how Moscow uses the separatist government structure in South Ossetia as a tool for funding/supplying Russian forces in eastern Ukraine, thus avoiding many Western sanctions.
