Why would Biden himself have standing to sue on behalf of US citizens? And what the hell are you talking about anyway? The constitutional right to free speech only restricts government, aka "state actors", in its ability to regulate speech, especially based on its content.

2 - Stay on Trumps course regarding China.

Why would you want Biden to flip flop between kissing China's ass and spazzing out at them, imposing sanctions that require us to bail out US citizens and then ultimately walking away with nothing meaningful to show for it?

Trump is easily one of the worst presidents ever, and his foreign policy was the very worst of the lot.
